ASA 105 - Coastal Navigation
Be a navigator, not a “naviguesser”. The Coastal Navigation class is designed to provide you with working knowledge of basic to advanced piloting techniques. You will learn plotting methods, position fixing, associated publications, aids to navigation, weather, navigator’s routines and planning.
This two and one half day classroom course covers navigational theory required to safely navigate a boat in coastal or inland waters. No previous certification is needed. The cost of the course includes text, charts, dividers, parallel rulers and certification. This is the best navigation course you can take.
For those of you looking to complete the USCG captain’s exam, prior students have found it the most rewarding navigation course available.
